POS Software for Mercedes-Benz
Submit lease applications at the point of sales
Submit lease applications at the point of sales
When buying a new car in the showroom of a Mercedes-Benz dealer, customers can submit a lease application with the web-based POS software eSpresso implemented by AdNovum.
Based on the customer data that is submitted, the POS software interacts with the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services' banking system to issue a lease application that can be presented to the customer right away. The system then performs the required back-office processes including a ZEK query (Central Office for Credit Information), creates the corresponding lease agreement and returns it to the point of sales via eSpresso.
